You’ll find baby friendly and dog friendly choices, and many of the lodges have a bubbling hot tub to make a stay extra special. Over in the historic main building, the chic apartments have an elegant feel, with several showcasing those stunning Torbay views. And no matter which pad you opt for, you’ll be just moments from wonderful dining and spa experiences.
This elegant, open plan lodge welcomes you with every facility you’ll need for a relaxing stay, as well as premium quality touches such as a fully-fitted kitchen, flatscreen TVs, and underfloor heating throughout. There’s plenty of room for up to four people, with two spacious bedrooms, each with their own en-suites. The master bedroom boasts a kingsize bed, large wardrobe, and plenty of storage space for those essential knickknacks. The second bedroom has twin beds that can be combined to create a large double if required. Start your day with an invigorating rainfall shower, or soak away the day in a roll-top bath, complete with bubbles and essential oils. Back downstairs you’ll find a bespoke kitchen with everything you need, right down to a cafetiere for that morning caffeine boost. You don’t even need to wash up, thanks to the fitted dishwasher, and there’s a large fridge/freezer to keep the wine perfectly chilled.
Head outside and you’re surrounded by the glorious South Devon countryside, where the only sound you’ll hear is birdsong. A communal lawned area lets you meet your neighbours, or head down to the exclusive spa for a treatment. If you don’t fancy cooking then book into the restaurant for a delicious meal, or go exploring to nearby Totnes for that perfect pub lunch, followed by an afternoon browsing the market and boutiques.
