Hillside House is a spectacular colonial property set within the hillside of Braunton. Sleeping 10 people this home offers sophisticated grand living with beautiful seaside views

Hillside house is a grand colonial period property with ample of space throughout, making an ideal holiday for mulitple families and large groups.

Upon arrival at Hillside you will have parking for 3 cars on the private driveway, A pathway through a side gate leads you around to the front of this beautiful building with views of the large garden that wraps around the side of the property.

Enter through the main door into the expanisve grand hallway with original floorboards and an original wooden staircase. leading off the hallway is the living room on your left and a drawing room to your right, The living room is a large functional space with a sofa and TV.

The drawing room offers the perfect place to relax and unwind with a book. Decorated in cream tones with an original feature fireplace. These two rooms offer a dual living space for multiple families.

Connected to the drawing room is a sunny conservatory which overlooks the garden and patio.

The hallway also leads through into the dinning room with original floorboards, the walls are decorated in neutral tones. There is also ample space to seat 10 visitors around the large dinning table.

Following through into the kitchen quarters of the house this room has plenty of modern cupboards and is home to a fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, oven and hob. Attached through a porch is a downstairs shower room and washbasin (perfect for washing off after a day at the beach!)

Upstairs Hillside house has a very large landing linking a variety of rooms.

Bedroom one is very spacious and has a double bed with bedside units and lamps, This room has spectacular views over looking the beautiful coastline and the garden below.

Bedroom two is a cozy room with a set of white bunk beds and chest of drawers, This room has the added benefit of a lockable door leading out onto the balcony of the property, that stetches the size of the house with black decorative iron railings. The balcony has plenty of space for tables and chairs to sit out and take in the breathtaking expansive views of the countryside.

Bedroom three is double room with a large wardrobe, side tables and lamps. This room is bright and airy decorated with calming blue influences. This room enjoys views overlooking Braunton village.

Bedroom four has a large built in wardrobe with plenty of storage space and a double bed.

Bedroom five is a twin room with an oriental theme of rich reds and white tones. This room has two wooden bedside tables with lamps and two wooden beds dressed with cream linen.

The family bathroom has a mono- tone floor with a modern bath, large corner shower, sink and mirror.

A seperate W.C can also be found on this floor.

The fully enclosed garden is a haven of grass, plants and trees with ample space for children to play and explore whilst the adults prepare a BBQ and soak up the sun around the table and chairs on the patio.
